"Art-Full Attaché is true to Roben-Marie’s incredible teaching style, she is so very thorough and informative on what and how to do each technique. She teaches so well that it’s like she is in the room with you. I love that when you take her class you really can use what you have at home and don’t have to go spend a fortune to be able to do the class. She has made me a better and braver artist; I have actually completed her classes. This is her best class yet!"
~Laura E.

Meet Roben-Marie

Roben-Marie provides ideas, inspiration and quality instruction for hobbyists and art entrepreneurs. She teaches artists from beginners to those making a living from their art through her blog and her popular online workshops.

As an artist, instructor and woman of faith, her mission is to serve others and help them get the most out of their art as a hobby, or as a business. Her own desire to learn and unquenchable curiosity keeps her fingers messy and her heart happy.

Roben-Marie has been an artist for the last ten years, and is self-taught, so she believes that anyone can cultivate their creative spark. She’s taught mixed media art workshops and retreats across the U.S. and her work has been featured in countless books and industry magazines including: Journal It!, The Artist Unique, Creative Letting Workshop, Art Saves, Exhibition 36, Journal Revolution, A World of Artist Journal Pages, 1000 Artist Journal Pages, "Somerset Studio," "Art Journaling," "Green Craft," "Artist' Cafe," "Artful Blogging," "Legacy," "Somerset Memories," "Somerset Life," "Somerset Apprentice" and "Somerset Gallery."

NOTE: Once you register, a more comprehensive supplies list will be provided where I include all items I use. Keep in mind that you can substitute many items for what you have.

There are a few items that are “necessary” to the project:

I use a classification folder for the base of the journal as well as paper that is 12 x 18 in size. You can certainly purchase these online or visit your local office supply store. If you can’t locate the larger paper, then go with paper that is 12 x 9 and I will show you in a video how to create the pages with the smaller size as an alternative to the larger paper. In addition, I use the store bought clear pocket called a “shop ticket holder” but also show you how to make one of your own with clear vinyl and bias tape in the workshop.

Classification Folder (sometimes these can be found at office supply in singles)
Tru-Ray Construction Paper

Assortment of scrap papers such as old book papers, ledger papers, file folder, etc.

Anthropologie catalog or other catalog.
One gift bag with handles. Fabric handles are nice as they will become the handles of our attache. I use an Anthropologie bag.
Piece of cardstock or paper cut to 2 x 11 – used for the sewing template in binding of the pages.
Old key card
Cracker or cereal bag (this is clear bag that crackers or cereal is package in).
Three (3) pieces of 12 x 12 scrapbook paper.

Envelopes – security, vellum, etc.
Assorted letter/number stickers and/or rubons.
Stabilo Marks All Pencil
Assorted Acrylic Paints: White, Black and Assorted Colors
Adhesive (I use UHU Glue Stick and Collage Pauge)
Book Binding Needles
Book Awl
Wax Thread for Book Binding
Paint brushes
Hole Punch - 1/4"
Masking and Washi Tapes
Sewing Machine: used mainly for decorative touches. If you don't have a sewing machine you can tape, glue and staple items instead of sewing.
Gel Medium
Wire Cutters
Assorted Stencils
Assorted Rubber Stamps
Variety of artsy cards, paper, tabs, etc.
