Tap into your playful spirit in this workshop as we create a colorful painted, stamped and doodled fabric wristlet and matching journal. You will find yourself reaching for this step by step 16 video workshop again and again to create handmade gifts or your own mini art journals.

As a bonus, watch me use a Gelli Plate to create a quick and easy layered background for our custom fabric. Then you decide whether to use a Gelli Plate OR paint and stencils for your background. Using EITHER method we will create a layered artsy custom fabric for our handmade projects.

This workshop is completely self-paced - you decide when you start and when you finish. All workshop content is available to you when you register. How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
Are the videos downloadable, and can I watch videos on my iPad or smartphone?
Videos are not available for download. If everything is up-to-date on your IPAD and/or smart phone, there should be no problem using them.
Can I share my access and can I get a refund?
The tuition is non-refundable once access has been given to registrants. One student per purchase. No splitting/sharing classes, please!

Cotton Duck Canvas - 20 x 20 (Duck Cloth is a heavy, plain woven cotton fabric.)
Bristol or other paper for book pages : 5 sheets @ 9 1/2 x 7 (this is approximate, based on the size of my finished journal.)
Zipper - approximately 13 inches
Wax thread
Straight pins - about 10
Bookbinding needle
Book awl/paper piercer
White acrylic paint
Sewing machine & thread

Black acrylic paint
Inexpensive paint brushes - just a few
Small piece of muslin fabric (about 1/8 of a yard)
A couple of small stipple brushes
Stamps - a few for mark-making
Ruler
Journaling pen
Scissors
Assorted acrylic paints: cheap ones are fine
Variety of stencils
GelliArts Gel Plate*
Brayer*
Zipper foot for sewing machine*
